**SHIPPING

We generally buy in bulk and have products shipped from the United States however, some products are supplied and shipped directly from our suppliers, some are located overseas. As a result, depending on your location, some orders may be delayed due to the additional time it will take to transport those products out of the country and clear customs. Please allow 2-4 weeks for some of our high demand products due to manufacturing and shipping times.

**REFUND POLICY

– CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS: Items must be UNUSED and in a new re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Check unused conditions below. If you want to return something, please email us at contact@teskings.com. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, not including shipping fee deductions.

– UNUSED CONDITIONS: To qualify for a full refund, goods must be UNUSED and in excellent re-sellable condition. Before installing any of our products, please ensure that you are comfortable with the procedure. Please be sure you’re happy with the product and comfortable with the installation process before removing any adhesive liners. We suggest placing the item in the exact location where you will be installing it to make sure you love it and to make sure it fits correctly.

– SHIPPING COSTS/FEES: Any additional costs incurred as a result of a ‘Refused’ or ‘Return to Sender’ delivery will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

– RETURN TIME LIMIT: Orders may be returned for a period of 7 days after receiving the item. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the item(s). To return an item, you must keep the item in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging. Once our supplier has received your package and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement have been satisfied, you will receive a full refund. The sooner you send back the goods, the sooner you will get your refund, which will be returned to the same billing used to make the original payment on the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, it will not be eligible for cancellation. Our automated system handles orders automatically, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it. Be sure you want the item before purchasing. If you do not need the item, once you receive it, you may return it to us.
