Refunds & Shipping

Thank you for shopping with Teskings LLC (“Teskings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if something isn’t right these guidelines explain how we handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, and shipping logistics.


1. Returns

1.1 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (as shown by the carrier’s tracking). Requests made after 7 days are not eligible.

1.2 Item Condition Requirements

  • Items must be UNUSED, uninstalled, and in new, re‑sellable condition.

  • All original packaging, inserts, hardware, protective films, and tags must be intact.

  • Products showing signs of installation, wear, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.

1.3 Initiating a Return

Email contact@teskings.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will respond with an RMA number and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

1.4 Shipping Costs & Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all return‑shipping costs, including any costs generated by refused or “return‑to‑sender” shipments. Original outbound shipping charges are non‑refundable.

1.5 Restocking Fee

Orders or items totaling over $100 USD are subject to a 30 % restocking fee. The fee, along with any non‑refundable payment‑processing fees, will be deducted from your refund.

1.6 Refund Method & Timing

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5‑7 business days after we inspect and approve the returned item(s). Processing‑gateway fees charged to Teskings at checkout are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

1.7 Exchanges

If you need a different size or product, email us at contact@teskings.com within the 7‑day window. Exchanges follow the same unused‑condition requirements; outbound shipping for the replacement item will be charged at our standard rates.


2. Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing contact@teskings.com. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a return under Section 1.


3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1‑3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

3.2 Fulfillment Locations & Transit Estimates

  • Domestic stock (USA): ships from our U.S. warehouse via ground service; typical delivery is 3‑7 business days.

  • International stock: certain items ship directly from our overseas facility; allow 7‑30 days for delivery, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather events, carrier backlogs, and customs inspections can cause delays beyond our control.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees for international shipments are the buyer’s responsibility.

3.4 Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier (FOB shipping point). We recommend choosing a shipping option that includes insurance.

3.5 Loss or Damage in Transit

Teskings is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier acceptance. If you purchased shipping insurance or the service level includes carrier insurance (e.g., USPS Priority Mail), you may file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
