By accessing or using the Site, purchasing products from us, or interacting with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 1.1 You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—to make purchases on this Site.
1.2 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
2.1 All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, design, and software—is the property of Teskings or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual‑property laws.
2.2 Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
3.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and compatibility guides are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
3.2 Purchasers are responsible for verifying that a product is compatible with their specific vehicle year, trim, and configuration before installation.
3.3 Installation of aftermarket parts or modifications may affect your vehicle warranty or compliance with local regulations. Consult your vehicle’s warranty documentation and local laws before installing. Teskings assumes no liability for any warranty voidance, non‑compliance, or damage arising from installation or use of our products.
4.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 By placing an order you represent that (a) all information you provide is true and complete, (b) you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and (c) you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping fees).
4.3 Order acceptance and the formation of a contract between you and Teskings occur when we send you a confirmation email.
5.1 Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery dates are presented at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only.
5.2 Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
6.1 Our Returns & Warranty Policy (available here*) forms part of these Terms.
6.2 To initiate a return or exchange, follow the instructions provided in the policy. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7.1 Unless stated otherwise on the product page, Teskings warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.
7.2 The warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).
7.3 This warranty does not cover (a) normal wear and tear, (b) damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, racing or off‑road use, or (c) modifications or alterations to the product.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTION 7, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TESKINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF TESKINGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL TESKINGS’ TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TESKINGS FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teskings, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or resources. We provide these links solely for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
